Hold home and power till phone shuts off. Then release power and while still holding home plug into comp. Continue to hold home untill plug into iTunes image apears on the screen. Then release home and let it do its thing.
the recover thing started but an error message saying "The ipod software update server could not be contacted" ... sweet... (i had an ipod that was "connected" to the itunes.. never did that with iphone... and now boys??
