Hotmail needs a solution called Izymail to drop into your mobile mailbox. Go to
www.izymail.com and sign up (it's about £10 per year). It will give you all the settings you need to put into your iphone. I have been using Izymail for about 3 years and no problems until recently, where it is slow to hook up sometimes - so when you're roaming, it can be frustrating if you know you've got alot of emails coming in.....
