Hi, Just got an unlocked iphone as a gift. A friend tried to help by adding software to resolve my bluetooth issue (not working). I have no clue what he downloaded neither does he. Anyway the i-phone is know stuck. I found out from the internet how to perform a hard reset. I did that but all I get is the visual of the apple. Can anyone help
