Another area to keep in mind is the picture settings. The largest compatible picture with the iPhone is 640x480. You may need to go into picture settings and reduce the width down to 640 (maintain aspect ratio, of course).

Sorry to bother u again...I don't have a"HB-iPod" preset per say but have a "iPhone/iPod touch" preset as well as a iPod high-rez and iPod low- rez preset on my handbrak(of version). When I use the iPhone preset they are : encoder:H.264...Audio Encoder:AAC. "Insert iPod Atom" has a checkmatk in it. Picture settings show Width at 480 Height is left blank(shouldn't I put height at the iPhones 640? Video nitrate shows 960kbps. Audio Quality: 128kbps. Sample rate: 48khz. Dynamic range compression: 0. What should I do? Thanks.
