Definitely copy and paste, I hate not being able to have that, going from a BlackBerry to the iPhone.
Video would be sweet. Creating usergroups for text messaging multiple contacts. Preset phrases/sentences that you can add/edit/delete, and how about custom SmartCase AutoText that you can add/edit/delete.
