Hey guys ... I have some experience in programming. I have taken some classes in college on programming but we used visual basic. I'm looking into making an app not to distribute but just as a sort of hobby or something to do when I have time. Is it something that I could teach myself to do? Is it similar to VB? Are their any books or literature, websites about programming?
