I have a feeling that this info about needing to press harder was done with a promo/demo phone using the plastic screen, not the new glass one. I doubt the re issued all of the phones that they had out already for testing after they came out with the glass, i'm sure only a few people are using glass ones right now. Glass conducts electricity better (well, it can flow through better for htat matter) so i'm sure that the glass makes the touch surface work better, like apple said it does...

I don't doubt the fingerprint thing.... but did anyone really expect to not have to wipe off fingerprints all the time???? It is a TOUCHscreen
