I have a 2003 Toyota so I don't have the new technology to simply plug the iPhone into the car; I need something that plays through the radio in some way. If your stock deck has cd changer controls you can buy an adapter for that which will give you a line out.
Google is your friend, use it.
I would recommend typing in 2003 Toyota *insert model* stereo line out, or 2003 Toyotal *insert model* cd changer line out
Or something along those lines.
