Cingular finally got back with me on the survey I took about a month ago.

Now I've got free internet access for two billing periods.

Here's the email:

Dear Valued Cingular/AT&T Customer,

Thank you again for completing our first of two surveys. As promised, you now have free access to MEdia Net. Please remember that any purchases of ring tones, games, and other premium content still have
associated fees.

So that you are aware, here is how we apply the free service:

* If you have a plan with a regular monthly charge for data (such as the unlimited data plan), we have applied a credit that will show up on your next month's bill. We will do this again in July. Together, this will cover the two month period between June 15 and August 15.

* If your current plan has usage charges for data, we will be removing data charges from your bill until August 15.
