I downloaded my software from
http://jk-forum.com/showthread.php?t=17722. I burned to a CD and installed. I think its probably the same version you have but it might be worth a shot trying to re-update.
If all else fails I would contact Susanne at Nav-TV, hopefully she can help you out. Sorry for your troubles im sure its frustrating
