Are you on a PC or a Mac?
If you are on a PC you can copy the file over to your iPhone with a program like WinSCP once you have started SSH on the phone. Simply connect the phone to Wifi and then in WinSCP put in the IP address of the iPhone in to connect with username root and password alpine.
