Hi, the total free on is Wink. But it's not works well. Maybe you can try DemoCreator. It just needs $69, and you can easily add narration, callouts and notes to highlight something important or explain the steps. It's what I use now. Publish to flash and then copy to Pocket PC. Very useful!
