I don't understand, you're blaming Oktoprep because although it did its job perfectly, you decided to use iFuntastic and that's what screwed up your iPhone? I don't get your logic.

Install Oktoprep, update to 1.1.2, Jailbreak. Install your 3rd party apps and DON'T RUN iFuntastic. How's that?
