Evidence Mounts For November 2 iPad Mini Launch Date

Earlier this week, we first heard a number of rumors pointing to the iPad Mini as launching on November 2 — and now more and more weight is being added to that time frame.

TechCrunch, 9to5, and iMore have all weighed in, and stated that they believe the November 2nd date is legit, based on either sources, or just plain old logic.

This is based on the iPad Mini being announced at Apple’s event on October 23rd — marking November 2nd as the Friday the week after that. Pre-orders will doubtless start within three days of the original announcement, but could be as soon as the day of, if Apple’s really keen to get things going.

Right now, the smart money seems to be on the iPad Mini costing $250-$299, which would make it an easy buy for the holiday season.
