Ensoul Splits Into Contacts and Wallpaper Apps for Mac

MacPaw have released an update to their Mac App ‘Ensoul’, splitting the app into two new applications. Those who purchased Ensoul will find a new update in the Mac App Store, with the title changed to Ensoul Contacts. The new title reflects the changes in the app, the focus now on being able to create beautiful images for your contacts. The wallpaper creation tool has been jettisoned to a free app, Ensoul Wallpapers, also available on the Mac App Store.

The new apps both support the iPhone 5 and provide for pixel perfect retina optimized graphics. Ensoul Contacts has a ton of new features, including support for iCloud allowing for photos saved to be wirelessly sent to your iPhone.

Both are worth your time, but I’d highly recommend giving Ensoul Wallpapers a go. At the price of free, it cannot be beat. For a limited time, MacPaw is offering Ensoul Contacts at 50% off the retail price, available for just $4.99.
