All three of the major carriers have announced that the LTE version of the iPad mini is available for purchase in some of their stores. Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T have all officially put the devices up for sale, through their respective websites and in-store.

While the iPad mini is definitely the main event, all three of the carriers will also be selling the fourth generation full-sized iPad. Prices start at $459 for the iPad mini, and $629 for the larger version.

If you do want to go and grab one off the store shelves, rather than ordering online, it’s not clear what stock levels are looking like. Sprint was careful to couch their press release by saying “Limited quantities of the new iPads are now available at select Sprint retail locations.” So no promises that the Sprint store in your local mall will have the version that you want.
