RadioShack to Carry iPhone
RadioShack will begin carrying iPhones in select stores in time for Christmas. Stores in Dallas-Fort Worth and New York City will get the devices in time for the holidays, and there will be a general roll out to all their stores in 2010. 9to5Mac additionally offers that RadioShack is going to take over Target’s wireless sales, by running a store-within-a-store, so the iPhone might make it to the big box store too. As part of its ongoing mobility strategy, RadioShack is pleased to announce that it will introduce Apple’s iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS in a limited number of company-owned stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth and New York City metropolitan areas beginning later this month.
