The final movie in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy debuted at midnight last night, and a companion app has just launched in the App Store. Called (appropriately) The Dark Knight Rises is a universal app from the people at Gameloft. You can get a taste for the gameplay in some teaser videos, and there definitely seems to be something of an Arkham Asylum/City flair to the title.
The game will set you back around $7, with in-app purchases ranging from $0.99 all the way up to a whopping $99.99 for the “ultimate pack.” Here’s the official description for the Dark Knight Rises.
