T-Mobile Mistakenly Posts iPhone 3G S Specs

Just a few days ago, Apple introduced the new iPhone 3G S, offering speed improvements that were almost twice as fast as the current iPhone 3G. Apple however stopped short on providing details on what was actually driving the iPhone 3G S. The secret however was mistakenly outed by T-Mobile in the Netherlands who placed the specifications on their website and of course that translates to the specs being on every tech related site across the world.

The specs feature 256MB of RAM, double what you'd find in the iPhone 3G. The processor gets a modest jump from 412MHz to 600MHz. So, will these increases offer twice the speed across the board? Probably not, but we're anxious to see what apps will benefit from the specs bump. Perhaps we can get rid of the lag experienced with Sonic.
Now that you've seen the specs, does it change your opinion one way or the other on the iPhone 3G S?
