PhunkWare expects their app "Shaker" (iTunes link) to be pulled from the App Store tonight after The Tetris Company contacted Apple claiming the game was "too close to Tetris". Shaker was a paid game, but has gone free for it's last few hours on the App Store.

The game does have a unique martini spin that allows you to control the game by either tapping your fingers known as stirred or shaken whereby shaking the iPhone moves the blocks as they fall. If you reach the top ten list, one of 101 martini recipes are unlocked.
