Atari’s Greatest Hits has always been a free app, but you want to play more than the handful of free titles, you’ve had to fork out for the in-app purchases. However, yesterday was Atari’s 40th birthday, and for a limited time, all in-app titles are free. The sale was meant to be for June 27th only, but I downloaded it today, and it’s still free!
That’s 100 classic Atari titles, all for $0 for a limited time. So grab it while you can, and be sure that it’s version 1.5.2 to you get hold of.

I was able to download the Atari’s Greatest Hits app for free, but all of the in-app purchases are still asking for their usual prices. Perhaps the special expired now?
Oh man, I hope not. I grabbed it about two hours ago, and was still free.
