According to a report today by the Wall Street Journal, Apple is planning on significant improvements and new features in a new version of iCloud. The most substantial of which is the inclusion of Photo Stream services within iCloud.
In addition to allow users to syncing photos to the new iCloud Photo Stream section, users would be able to create a subset of photos for the purpose of sharing. This new feature that allows for sharing of photos will reportedly allow friends to comment on them.
Just last week, Apple had left an iCloud beta site online that revealed both Notes and Reminders apps were either being tested for inclusion in a future update. That site has since been pulled. It’s expected Apple will use WWDC in June to present the new features in iCloud and the introduction of iOS 6, both which will likely be released in beta before their public release.
