According to an Apple representative at the Garden City Apple store, there will be no iPhone 5 cases or accessories available until October — so you’d better treat your iPhone with kid gloves until you can get some protection for it.

If you have a look at the online Apple Store, the results are similar. Searching for the iPhone 5 gets you only the phone itself, and the Lightning to Dock adapter — no cases, no extras, no accessories.
Naturally, there are plenty of third party options available for order online — but some are just for pre-order, and even when they aren’t, by the time the case ships out it might be October anyway.
