No antenna issue, huh? Then it’s just a coincidence that Apple posted three positions related to antennae on their job board?
What does Apple want out of their antenna engineers?
Define and implement antenna system architecture to optimize the radiation performance for wireless portable devices. The candidate should be able to design antennas suitable for wireless handheld devices with excellent radiation performance, including TRP, TIS, SAR, and EMC. Work closely with other RF and antenna design engineers, mechanical and industrial designers, and EMC engineers to integrate the antenna design in our products. The candidate will be expected to performance radiation performance measurements, create test plans, execute them, publish test reports, provide feedback to the other design engineers, and lead some of the manufacturing of antenna.
This was the day before the official launch, when many pre-orders arrived early, and we saw the first signs of the signal drop issue. Or is the timing merely a coincidence?

Sounds to me like these might be very recent openings….
The posting date is June 23rd. Does that mean that Apple just discovered the issue then? If they supposedly came out with the bumper case to remedy the antenna issue that had to have been done many months ago. This job procurement is merely a coincidence in my eyes.
