Apple Donating To Hurricane Sandy Relief

Apple’s Tim Cook has sent an internal email, via 9to5mac, indicating they are making a donation of $2.5 million to the American Red Cross to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief. Apple’s employees and customers have already donated millions to the efforts. Days after the hurricane, Apple added a section within iTunes that allowed for donations.

Great to see Apple helping out with the relief efforts. If you’d like to donate to Hurricane Sandy relief, you can still do so through iTunes, through the American Red Cross or your preferred charity.
