ChangeWave have just done a major survey of iPhone 4 owners, and found that the majority are very happy with their handset, but not quite as many as loved their iPhone 3GS. Here are some of the interesting numbers:
- 72% of iPhone 4 users are very satisfied with their phones, 21% somewhat satisfied. For the 3GS at the same point in its life cycle, those numbers were 82%/17%
- The top three things users like are the screen resolution, camera and flash, and touch screen interface.
- The top three dislikes were being stuck on AT&T’s network, quality of AT&T’s network, and antenna issues.
- Only 5.2% of iPhone 4 users had experienced dropped calls, compared to 6.3% of iPhone 3GS users, a 17% difference.
It’s clear that people love their iPhones, new or old, and even though antenna attenuation is an issue, there are still fewer dropped calls than their used to be.
