87% Of People Still Use Siri

Despite being technically still in beta, Siri was very much the killer feature of the iPhone 4S. Yet some 5 months later, how many people still use it? The WSJ reports that as many as 87% of iPhone 4S users still ask for Siri’s help at least once a month — but only for very limited situations.

This data comes from consulting group Parks Associates, who say the most popular uses of Siri are texting and making calls. A third of users take advantage of Siri almost daily — but sending email, scheduling meetings, and playing music are all infrequently used.

Everyone I know with a 4S mostly just uses it to check the weather.

  1. I use it a lot. It is great for reminders to make appointments or when I am out a reminder to do something when I get home. I find more and more uses for Siri the more I use it.
